An organizational scan provides a complete picture of the internal organization.
By researching a variety of internal topics the strengths and weaknesses of the organization can be identified.
Some of the most frequently used models for the organizational scan are the 7S model of McKinsey and Business Model Canvas, but there are many more models that can be used to perform an organizational scan.
